A unique concept of a small self-sustaining boutique resort, combined with timeless luxury. The complex consists of three renovated traditionally designed stone buildings, furnished with high-quality branded furniture and equipped with high-end household appliances and materials. In addition to three main buildings, the complex comprises an outdoor swimming pool, a garage, and a parking space.
All apartments in the complex have separate entrances. The structure of the complex is designed so that the two side accommodation buildings gravitate towards the central object featuring a large kitchen, dining room, and a covered terrace with spectacular views of the sea and the entrance to the Bay of Kotor. The interior space is with a central air-conditioning system with an additionally installed floor heating system.
The complex is located in the village of Trebesin, Herceg Novi, about 1.5 km of direct distance away from the sea, and shares approximately the same distance from two international airports – Tivat and Dubrovnik, of about 22km. The marina and the Lazure complex in Meljina are about 3 km away.
