The K16 resort covers an area of 270,000 m2 and is located on the northern slopes of the Bjelasica mountain at an altitude of 1600 m. Completion of the first phase, the Arnica and Yarrow residences, which will be managed by Swissotel Resort, is planned for winter 2023/2024.
